Pharmacy Manager
DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy Services. Responsible for the overall operation and strategic planning for the pharmacy. The Pharmacy Manager is accountable for assurance of quality pharmaceutical care throughout the hospital. This position oversees approximately 25 FTE comprised of Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technicians, Pharmacist Interns, clerical and support staff. The Pharmacy Manager is responsible for a 12 million dollar operational budget.

IDEAL CANDIDATE
Pediatric experience, administrative residency or at least three years as a manager or supervisor in an acute care environment.  Demonstrates good people/interpersonal skills.  Demonstrated leadership experience.    Excellent conflict resolution skills.  Project management skills.  Lean/Six-Sigma experience.
